Reception was ment to be open until 2100 we arrived at2047 everything locked up couldn’t get into car park as gate was closed and we didn’t have the code to get in had to pay 2 euros on my card which will cost me about 10 euros with card charges

Very Satisfied customer

Room was clean, good shower, bed comfortable, staff very helpful and excellent breakfast. We have used B&B before this was the best breakfast we have had with you. Thank you.

We had been given a 4 digit security number by booking.com to get into your site after 9pm. It needed a 6 number code which I got by phoning up security which they readily sorted.

A convenient and good value stop near the Brittany coast

Cheaper hotels in France are often in "Zone Artisanale" - out-of-town shopping and light industry areas. This one was fine, with plenty of reasonable food outlets within easy walk. The room itself was OK - a bit like a motel room

Good location to main road and shopping centre. Also close to the Roscoff ferry terminal too. Plenty of good parking and great value for money.

Easy to find. Breakfast was reasonable. Bed linen was clean.

Room was uncomfortable, not the cleanest. One bedside light did not work. Stairs to mezzanine were steep and not really suitable for children at all. Door at top of stairs had no door handle. Situation felt uneasy, security a bit lacking. Not really a hotel!

Good location as a drop off for the ferry the next day. Good price. Surprisingly quiet considering where we were.

Smelt strongly of drains, double bed was really really uncomfortable, not enough linens provided for a family of 4.

plagued with issues

it was plagued with issues from the very start. a real let down for multiple customers

We arrived and checked in we had two rooms one was clean the second hadn’t been touched from the night before. The reception wasn’t open so we used the 24/7 intercom to speak to customer services. who then changed our room to one that was clean! After opening that room the same story it hasn’t been touched it was at this point 4:30 pm then a new guest arrived and used the pc to check in we then watched them go to our room and walk in our room to be greeted by the same dirty room. a third customer came again they had been checked into a dirty room. by this point we stood in line with five people trying to check into rooms all with issues. The second time we spoke to the 24/7 they started to handle the issue in a unprofessional manner. in the end the manager came and issued us with a clean room without any form of sorry. all in all this was a very poor experience.

Definitely the box standard B&B: if checking in late, need to go to the hole on the wall to retrieve room number and ´the’ access code… no air con… but usb

- not clearly lit up and therefore slightly difficult to find - Wi-Fi signal was very weak and kept booting me out unless I am using it - no online check in

there wasn’t anything I liked about this place. I hesitate to call it a hotel!

I didn’t like being locked outside of the security gates, along with 4.5 other cars. it was a complete shambles. it took so long to get into the place, my grandchildren fell asleep without dinner’

A clean, quiet, basic travel stopover hotel

Breakfast was adequate and what you would expect for this type of hotel. Bed was comfortable and the shower was very good.

We had difficulty finding hotel as the signage was so small we drove past, hotel is tucked away in a sort of trading estate. You need a car to drive into centre to eat.

Great location and easy to find. Very low cost

Room was dirty, floor was dirty with crisps on floor and dust. Lack of air con so very hot. Booked for 4 people, only had bedding for 3. Neighbour sat outside on phone until late with a bubble pipe, really loud and intrusive. No staff to speak to.
