I found the apartment clean and very spacious. There were three of us, and we had plenty of room. The bedrooms are also quite large. The apartment is very well located. There are supermarkets very close by, as well as shops for shopping. There was quite a lot to see in the area. We did almost everything on foot.

Sin duda lo mejor la ubicación, aunque conlleva un bullicio de actuaciones callejeras justo delante de la puerta, que suelen acabar hacia las 0 horas. Lo que menos nos gustó es que la limpieza era muy justa, solo estaba limpio lo que se veía y el apartamento ya necesita una mano de pintura, pulir el parquet y renovar algunas cosas como las tazas del desayuno, la ropa de cama de repuesto... y una limpieza a fondo. En general es muy cómodo, amplio y luminoso y las camas son cómodas.

Lack of Air Conditioning. Owners hide information about Air conditioning and they expect the renter find out answers to the most elemental questions. This is not a cheap rent and at least they should offer air conditioning. Fans are not enough.
