The location is perfect for exploring Lisbon and close to public transport if you want to travel to the surrounding areas.
Very spacious for 6 people.
Check in and out extremely easy and when we had an issue it was taken care out immediately. Will definitely go back.

Location was perfect if you don’t mind some noise which is understandable because it’s in a busy area with shops.
One of the bathrooms was very small and the other had mold that was painted over. You see it while showering when you look up above the shower.
On the day we were leaving the cleaners were already at the door before the 12pm check out time. It was uncomfortable, I felt they were breathing down our necks. Come to the door at least 5mins after 12pm so you don’t see your guest or don’t make them feel rushed.

The property owners were great! They met us to show us where to park. Had local bread, cheese, jam, and bananas there for us. They also provided towels for the thermal baths as well a picnic blanket and guide of helpful tips!

Location was very central and on a great shopping street. Spacious bedrooms and good bathrooms. Comfortable beds.
The noise!!! OMG the nearby rooftop bar pumps music from about 6pm until midnight/1am and it is so loud. No chance of sleeping with the noise and if the bathroom window is open, it's like being in the bar.
There is no proper 'living" area for relaxation or watching TV. TV is tiny and didn't even work.
