Good but not enough for the price we paid

The location and the staff who helped me a lot!

Basically, there was nothing to cook with, I had to buy everything: a pan, a pot, utensils, dish soap, and there weren’t even any glasses or mugs. I also had to buy toilet paper. They had to replace the mattress because it was terrible, and the stove wasn’t even connected to the power… The first few days were complicated, but the staff treated us very well.

Staff is very nice, they are always on service like a 5 star hotel. You can call any moment they will be able to help. Very kind. The apartment is studio but is big like a 1br . The furniture was new and apartment was very clean.

The studio looked bad, broken floor lamp and table lamp, we saw a cockroach on the floor, Wi-Fi didn’t work, the curtains were damaged. I want to receive a refund for such an awful stay

Hard to forgive!

The location was good for my business purposes. That's it.

The rooms, the rooms, and the rooms. The whole experience was frustrating. Bad smell, not properly working air conditioning, rusted kettle, old bed, moldy shower curtain and the cherry on top... the bugs all around. Had to report everything to the management couple of times. All were addressed somehow at some level but such units cannot be put in the market at all. You cannot check in a person to such a room! On top of all, we had to pay a huge premium for this room.

There were roaches all over the room. In the bed, in the bathroom, on the coaches, crawling on the wall. I have plenty of photos. My family couldn’t sleep in the room we paid for and when I reported it at reception no comment or support was given.

Wonderful room, inexistant reception staff.

Location is good. Room is very big with lots of space. Big kitchen . Really comfortable. It is a very good value for price. You have everything you need

The ground floor. Reception is a small table looks like an accountant table. They are always running somewhere, as their job is not to welcome you but just to do bills and anything else Where the grand reception table is , there is now the security. Unwelcoming people who hardly speak English and never greet you with a smile, but just with a nod and they look weird at you. And then some Indian guys who never accommodate any request, because after all they are security. The accomodation lacks proper reception staff and I don't understand why the miserable table is reception/accounting table and unfriendly security sits royally at reception. Absolutely insufficient. (Exception: wonderful filippino girl who gave me her wifi where the indians around her had absolutely no solution for me. I would put her in charge of everything) As a European woman travelling alone, I didn't feel taken care of or even safe with the unexisting reception. (Apart from the fantastic Filipino girl Sheryl I believe). They should put security where they belong and put some English speaking professional hosts en hostess at the big reception table

Stuff (except room service) are great

Room service horroble. Probably worst one in my life. There were many stains on the floor after the liquids, especially near the work desk. Under the table in center of room was a pile of shaved hair. The chairs were stained. Stains from the floor / chairs remained after two cleanings during the stay.
