Overall, quite nice, but be prepared for noises due to thin walls

Space is king - there's plenty of space here (compared to properties in Bialystok, Krakow or Warsaw). Overall, nicely arranged rooms, big bathroom. Nearby there's a forest - great for morning/daytime/evening stroll. Shop (biedronka) is also walking distance away. Kitchen (or rather a kitchenette) is small, but we've managed. Heating works well if you manage to make friends with the control appliance - in the bathroom heating is made within the floor (really appreciate that idea).

First and foremost: walls are thin - you hear the neighbours, the neighbours hear you. Not just in the rooms, but also in the WC. Plus on Fridays some teens rent property for celebrations... ugh, they don't follow quiet hours ((( and in our case host/deputy was not available. Must admit, the host made attempt to make up for this incident - appreciate that gesture. Second: sofa and beds - they could've been replaced. My eyes started itching the very first moment I sat on the sofa in the main room. Third: TV in every room - we were not able to figure out why... I want to give this place more stars, but thin walls... hearing (like he's doing this nearby) someone in the toilet - doing all possible stuff toilets are made for - above you while you're in bed, ugh!

+ overall price/service ratio not bad + Ms. Adele was helpful, trying to deescalate, also she was the only person speaking English

- one light in the bedroom did not work, electrical outlets in bedrooms are not finished, oven stopped working - apartment is offered for families with children - however, after one week, we got kicked out by the owner, because our children were loud (I admit they were) - since 10th till 16th August not a single appointment by the owner (once a neighbor asked us for silence), Friday afternoon we talked about broken oven with manager Adele, she did not mention any complaint about us - Friday evening/night when youngest baby cried loudly the owner stormed and said we needed to leave next morning - aggressive THREATS by the owner with police and Polish social service if we do not leave next day, repeating that they are allowed to take our children from us for 3 days observation (wth, children were just loud!) and clear intention to do so if we do not leave (it worked, we left immediatelly at night and found different place to stay) - zero willingness to any financial compensation by owner himself, needed to contact booking.com support service who worked perfectly and granted partial compensation, thanks

Everything from the communication with the host, to the comfort of beds was really great!

I was reserving this for my family, which includes my grandparents and I was worried that they will be comfortable, but they absolutely loved the property and enjoyed their stay. Thanks a lot to the host for fast communication and a really great property in general!

Adequate apartment for budget conscious business traveller but bring ear plugs and your own pillows.

Apartment is convenient to central Slupsk with adequate parking onsite. Other tenants were quiet, and the apartment itself was spacious. The kitchen has sufficient utensils/ pots etc to cook a meal. Wifi was good. The shower water pressure was good and having a washing machine was appreciated (we didn’t use it but good to know).

The list of 28 conditions (in addition to the standard Booking .com terms and conditions) were excessive and intimidating. It actually made us afraid of who the other guests were in the building. The air conditioning didn’t work as the remote control had been removed. This meant we had to leave the window open. As a result we were woken all night by sirens from the hospital 700m away. I wouldn’t describe the apartment as luxury; yes there’s a nice couch, table and chairs, and console table, but the carpet is basic hotel, the bedroom furniture is reminiscent of a budget hotel, and the pillows weren’t very good. The mattress were very uncomfortable. I recommend they drop ‘luxury’ from the title, as this wasn’t a luxury apartment, but it would be suitable for a business or budget traveller.

Apartment brilliant location for local amenities. Shop close by and apartment has everything for day to day living. Supermarket within walkong distance. Apartment owners very nice and obliging to all requests. Apartment immaculate throughout and having stayed in slupsk for 10 years at hotels much rather this kind of place. Lovely walk to the back of the property through the forest. Ideal place to stay. Highly recommended

Nie dostaliśmy się do apartamentu. W dniu przyjazdu, kiedy byliśmy w drodze do apartamentu, dostaliśmy telefon od właściciela, że nie ma dla nas pokoju bo Booking zrobił dwie takie same rezerwacje dla tego obiektu i my jesteśmy "Ci drudzy" i możemy sobie wziąć nasze pieniądze łaskawie z powrotem. rezerwacja dokonana w listopadzie ubiegłego roku została anulowana przez właściciela obiektu po 7 miesiącach w dniu przyjazdu. Zostaliśmy na lodzie. Skandal. Sugeruję omijać z daleka. Booking mam nadzieję, też wyciągnie konsekwencje.

Kontakt z właścicielem - bez zarzutu. Mieszkanie duże, przestronne, bardzo wygodne, w zasadzie wszystko, co potrzebne, a nawet więcej (tv w każdym pokoju).

Cały komfort z pobytu psuł nieznośny i wszechobecny smród z rur z łazienki. Nie wiem, czy to stała przypadłość, czy tylko my na to trafiliśmy, ale nie dało się tego wywietrzyć. Warto by też popracować nad skrytką na klucze, która się zacina.

Ładnie urządzony, wygodny i czysty apartament w dobrej cenie.

Przestronny, wygodny i b. ładnie urządzony apartament z dwoma sypialniami z dużymi podwójnymi łóżkami. Dodatkowo można rozłożyć dużą sofę w salonie, połączonym z aneksem kuchennym, zawierającym cały sprzęt do gotowania posiłków. Intymne, czyste lokum ze wszelkimi udogodnieniami na kilkudniowy pobyt w bardzo rozsądnej za tę jakość cenie. Ciche otoczenie, a odbiór klucza ze skrytki za pomocą kodu umożliwia zameldowanie o dowolnej porze.

Jedyne zastrzeżenie jest takie, że woda pod prysznicem ma niskie ciśnienie i trudno uregulować temperaturę, raz jest za gorąca, a drobny ruch baterią sprawia, że zaraz jest za chłodna. Ale to nie jest duży problem, spokojnie można wziąć prysznic, umyć głowę. Łazienka czysta i przestronna.
