Staff was nice and great service. Rooms were big and comfortable.

The property is amazing for a group stay. It is very comfortable , well decorated and maintained. All the bedrooms are huge and comfortable.

La villa es increíble, muy bien organizada, unas habitaciones de lo más amplias, y un servicio de grandísima calidad. Destacar el manager de la villa, Darma y el personal de la villa Riva y Bagus, trabajando para que todo estuviera a nuestro gusto. Sin duda su vuelvo a la zona me volveré a quedar allí.

This villa would have been luxury when it was built however it has been neglected and left to fall apart. In fact a part of the ceiling fell away while we sat by the pool Everywhere you look things are worn and in bad need of replacement. We had two young children with us 1 & 3 so they were not allowed to wander freely around the villa however I imagine if you had older children it would be quite worrying. The bedroom windows upstairs open right up with no screens and a sheer drop below. The rusty stairway to lead to the top deck is an accident waiting to happen. My father tread very carefully so as to not fall straight through them, they are that badly rusted. The number of screws and planks sticking up out of the decking I lost count of. Despite these issues, we did manage to have a good time at Jadine Bali Villa but we would not stay again with the serious lack of maintenance resulting in safety concerns.
