Quiet surrounding, pretty close to the ice rink and city center.

Clean, well equipped and cosy apartment with comfy beds. All the rooms have roof windows without blinds which might be an issue for people who need darkness to sleep freely. Enough room to keep clothes both on shelves and hangers. Common area with couch, table and balcony with Mountain View. Very nice and helpful host. Wi-if slow but sufficient enough to launch vpn. I enjoyed my stay, quiet surrounding, pretty close to the ice rink and city center. Definitely recommend.

Single room really small sufficient only to accommodate bed and suitcase. Other stuff you need to keep in a closet that is in the corridor just outside the room. Double room more spacious. Wi-if slow but sufficient enough to launch vpn.

warm, comfortable, well situated

The purpose of my stay was skiing. For that I wanted a single room near the buses for the nearby skiing areas, and my preferred equipment hire shop. Sonnenheim met those criteria. The room was small, warm, comfortable, and suitably equipped for a short stay.

The only window was a skylight, not really a problem, especially in winter

Had a great time and the Ferienhotel Sonnenheim is a little gem that I would thoroughly recommend!

The area is superb, some great runs to ski and places to eat and relax after a solid day out. I would recommend the Restaurant Pfefferkörnchen, especially if you like Steak. O'Reillys Irish Bar has a terrific atmosphere, and simple easy food. Some of the bakeries are excellent and great to start the day with a coffee and a fresh pastry, and/or great to end the day too.

Not a lot to be honest, I love the area.

Gute Wohnung für einen Kurzurlaub

Sehr netter Empfang von Frau King. Lage ist perfekt, ruhig aber zentral, "Bergbahnen inklusive" macht den Urlaub angenehm. Unproblematischer Checkout. Abschließbarer Fahrradschuppen.

Sehr enge Dachwohnung, vor allem der Flur und die schmale Küche im Flur. 2 kleine Schlafzimmer, vor allem das Kinderzimmer ist sehr klein mit winzigem Dachfenster. Kein Backofen, schade.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Die Lage war super, ruhig mit Blick auf die Berge und doch nicht weit ins Zentrum. Freie Fahrt mit Bus, Bahn und Gondeln war fantastisch

Nette kleine Wohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber nicht weit vom Zentrum. Der schattige Ostbalkon war bei sehr viel Sonne den Tag über angenehm, toller Blick direkt aufs Nebelhorn

Heerlijk ruim appartement

Zeer comfortabel appartement met veel opbergruimte. De keuken apparatuur zag er schoon en vrij nieuw uit. De keuken inventaris was meer dan royaal en zeer uitgebreid (van kaasschaaf tot dunschiller). Alles was schoon. Het terras ligt uit de wind en heeft de hele dag zon. Wij hadden een eigen plekje in de garage.Gastheer was vriendelijk en hulpvaardig.

Voor ons viel niks tegen. (Mensen die slecht ter been zijn, vinden het misschien niet fijn dat je onder straat niveau zit en daardoor een trapje af moet naar het appartement.)

Mooi appartement voor tijdens een fijne week op de piste!

Ik verbleef met mijn twee kinderen van 13 en 14 in het appartement met 1 slaapkamer, 1 slaapbank en balkon. Het was knus, maar voldoende ruimte door ruime slaapkamer en aparte hoek voor de slaapbank (werd soort eigen minislaapkamer voor één van mijn kinderen). Badkamer was ruim en voldoende opbergruimte. Bedden lagen heerlijk! Voldoende opbergruimte voor kleding. De keukeninventarisatie rondom servies, bestek, pannen, broodrooster, waterkoker en koffiezetapparaat was goed. We zijn vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar en hij liet ons het skidepot en de skischoenverwarmers zien. Erg fijn dat het aanwezig is. Parkeren op het terrein is krap als alle appartementen zijn geboekt, maar op straat parkeren kan ook, mits je goed let op waar je wel en niet mag staan.

De keuken is best krap, alleen magnetron, geen oven (tip voor eigenaar: plaats een combi oven-magnetron). Koken op twee pitten is best een uitdaging. We hadden gelukkig de airfryer meegenomen en dat is onze extra comfort geweest met koken. Iets om te weten: geen vaatwasser in dit appartement (begreep wel in de grotere appartementen), maar zorgde uiteindelijk ook voor gezellige afwasmomenten met de kids.
