Excellent environment, clean and v handy for beach and night life.
we had the room with a small window (non opening) which was our own fault as I like to sleep with a window open. Minor issue which I should have checked and booked another room.

Great location with parking outside and easy to contact hosts which made for a stress free stay in Broadstairs for a celebratory birthday weekend. Kids especially loved their own TV's and entertainment.
The tiles on the floor in the bathroom when wet were dangerous and it would have been great to have had more toilet roll as for a family of four a single roll was not enough.
