The location and the apartment itself is perfect. Has all the amenities one needs for a comfortable stay.

There was an issue with the electricity. It tripped. The communication on the day was not made urgent. Promised to be there shortly, instead it took further communication and several hours to get someone to come to the apartment.

Ruim en de stilte ,ook al was het gebouw gelegen aan een drukke straat.

Slecht bed,kraakte ,..een veeren matras..zit meubilair niet echt comfortabel ..een bank kon ook gebruikt worden als bedbank ..

It has beautiful modern furnishings with amazing views

It was too expensive and not really worth the amount paid. The rate is for a 5 star apartment which it is not. Except for beautiful furnishings there’s is really nothing much. The apartment itself appears clean at surface level. But things like throw and a blanket weren’t clean and had body odour. The couch had a nasty spot and the cushions had a bad smell. There were too many rules which were not disclosed before payment for the booking was made. You were told about curb for water and lights which if exceeded you could find yourself paying a huge sum. One was expected to keep the place clean and not break anything. As a result we had to tip tow around everything for fear we might break an ornament or something or spill on the couch and the like and get charged an exorbitant amount. For a 5 day stay the place was cleaned once. We found one roll of toilet paper and we had to buy for the remainder of our stay. We could not be accommodated in terms of late check out and were informed if we want to check out at 12pm we must pay R1750. This is despite the fact that we checked in late after 19h00 on day of arrival. We were told there’s a smart TV with DSTV but it never played even after they attempted to solve whatever was the issue. The building itself is on the wrong side of town. When you step just out of the building you encounter loiterers, street vendors and filth all around.
