A wonderful villa with an authentic and cozy interior. A comfortable large bed, spacious room, a coffee machine with capsules, a great location if you want to get there by train or car. Convenient in both options. The owner of the Villa is extremely customer-oriented and ready to help in any situation. Every day delicious treats, help with transfer and selection of tourist attractions. Everything is very clean, a few steps to the sea, supermarkets and good restaurants nearby. The beach is excellent, clean. I was incredibly pleased with the communication with the owner of the Villa Teresa Filippo and am grateful for the help in all matters. I look forward to returning.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo B&B! Il posto era impeccabile, con stanze pulite e profumate che ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa. Il proprietario è stato estremamente premuroso, sorprendendoci ogni giorno con frutta fresca, merende e succhi deliziosi. La sua disponibilità è stata un grande valore aggiunto, sempre pronto ad aiutarci e a rispondere a qualsiasi nostra richiesta, a qualsiasi ora. Consigliamo vivamente questo B&B a chiunque cerchi un'accoglienza calorosa e un ambiente confortevole. Torneremo sicuramente!

Property owner was very helpful and welcoming. The room was big and clean.

Very little light in the room in general expected more than it was based on previous reviews.
