Good hotel

I don’t understand why this hotel is rated so low. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the location is excellent—you can easily take Yango, and it’s very affordable. I wouldn’t recommend using the hotel’s transportation service, though, as it’s quite expensive (around 13), while Yango costs about 4. The food is average, and the breakfast buffet is very basic; you often need to wait for the dishes to be refilled because only two people are handling it. Still, the food is good. The hotel is clean and spotless, and the bed is comfortable. The front desk staff could improve their customer service. They offer ironing service, which is useful. The water is very hot—almost boiling—so they should improve the system to provide cold water as well. Overall, I think it’s an excellent option. I was hesitant because of the low rating, but in my opinion the score is too low for how good the hotel actually is.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Everything was excellent, from the comfort of the rooms to the warm hospitality. I would especially like to thank the Duty Manager, Mr. Adnan, for his outstanding professionalism and kindness. He truly made my experience unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Worth the Price

The hotel is clean with spacious rooms, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The location is great, and parking is convenient. It definitely offers good value for the price. However, breakfast felt a bit pricey considering the limited food options available. Overall, a pleasant stay with just a few areas for improvement.

We had to request for slippers and a dental kit, which we believe should have already been provided upon check-in. The curtain in the room appears quite old and worn out. we can hear the air conditioning, water running from the toilets, and even conversations from neighboring rooms quite clearly. Also, our room is a connecting one, and while the reception has kindly assured us that the adjoining door will remain locked, it still feels a bit uncomfortable. The presence of another door beside the main entrance gives a sense of reduced privacy and security.

Worst Trip ever. No staff to give water, no double bed after promise. And wrong words.

Worst trip ever.

First of all when i book double bed they should have to give me double bed. But they argue and send they will change room tomorrow. Tomorrow they didn't response they said they don't have any other room. We said them to atleast join the beds so as a couple we sleep together and they said they don't have any staff. Hotel at this level and they don't have staff. Secondly, there is one water bottle in room after it finished you ask for another water then they not send. We called 3 times then in afternoon they send water. Thirdly, we entered the room and there was something burning like smoking smell, we didn't asked even this room is smoking or non-smoking. There was no signs. We atleast have to sleep so we didn't asked them about smell. We thought they don't have rooms so maybe they gave smoking one. And when we check out , they took our deposit saying this that we smoked in room. Allah What kind of this service. It's not about deposit money. But tourists are your way of income. They will come again if you atleast talk better way and calmly. We left every problem and just give our money and left disappointed. Managers should have to notice that. If i know this before I never book this hotel. You can check my history I'm a traveller. I book every week on booking.com. but this time i regret booking this hotel.

In overall it was a bad beginning but good end!

The beauty of the colors, the room space and design, the restaurant staff were very nice 😊 especially the trainee Krismally always smiling face, Mercy and the Chef in fact everyone was kind including the housekeeper Sunil.

The rude attitude of the receptionist the first day we arrived and first time in the hotel. It really frustrated me as I have not experienced this before. She lacked of professionalism during our check in and thanks to the colleagues and duty manager everything went smoothly.

How to beat 50 shades of beige and win

I've been here a few times before. Service is always excellent and it was so nice to be greeted by the bell boy, Thierry, who, once again, remembered me from my previous stays there. These small things matter. Choosing an hotel in Al Barsha is, for me, based on lots of factors- price, location, cleanliness, quality, functionality, storage space (my particular room was outstanding in this regard) service, food (especially breakfast). That list probably covers my personal preferences. There are dozens of places with whom the Atrium competes, even in this small locale and, over the years, I've stayed in quite a number of them. It's like 50 shades of beige. However, Al Khoory group, in its market segment, combine intrinsically first rate, thoughtful and practical design with a flare that few others do, not even the big hotel chains. I'm not just talking about their use of colour, which in the Atrium may not be to everyone's taste. This covers the whole gambit of items, including looking after the Khoory group bottom line whilst serving their clientele's needs. It's the best hotel in it's segment by a country mile and the only one that I have returned to on numerous occasions. Well done to the staff, designers and management.

It's hard to think of anything really. Front desk staff, nearly all men, were courteous but I would have said less outgoing than previous stays where the staff profile was more women. In the rooms, maybe it could do with a couple of extra socket outlets and why, on the desk, are the HDMI, etc outlets provided, not connected. Thanks to Hamza Muhammad in engineering for plugging in my laptop to the TV. Very disappointing - poor handling and no accountability

This was my third stay and while the stay itself was fine, the experience around a refund was extremely frustrating. The hotel had agreed to refund part of the payment since I did not arrive on the original date, but the process was handled extremely poorly by both the hotel and Booking.com. I was given different explanations at every step, and after a long back and forth, nothing was resolved. No refund whatsoever and no accountability either from the hotel or Booking customer support. The lack of transparency, consistency, and accountability was deeply disappointing. I won't be returning!

waste of time and money

Rude and unhelpful staff specially the girl at the reception. I requested an early check-in and she became rude to me. Later, I requested to change my booking date which they didn't even consider. Very pathetic experience.
