Breakfast buffet and Nespresso coffee machine in the room are the best. Very polite housekeepers including the staff from the lobby too. The hotel is very accessible to NECC Shanghai Hongqiao.
Nothing to be disliked. I loved most of the days there. They were too responsive and understanding.

New modern hotel very close to the airport and train station.
It's mainly for conferences and business venue, so not much shopping or leisure activities in the vicinity.
