Great location next to subway station. Clean hotel room, with coin laundry and simple but good facilities.
Minor detail, but the beds don’t have a head rest and the pillows are rather small and the memory foam style. A better pillow and bed would make the stay perfect.

The rooms were a good size, had all facilities and were clean on arrival. We were also given any toiletries we needed plus extras if we were staying for longer. I felt super comfortable staying there as a solo traveller

I came at 9.45am to drop off my luggage but was told i could check in! Very thankful for early check in. The female staff working in the morning is also very friendly and fluent in english. It's very conveniently located a minute away from Dobutsuenmae Station and walkable to the Shinsekai district. Room was considerably larger than most other standard japanese hotels.
Nothing much, except pillow was a bit hard.
