Olivia Estate Villa with Private Swimming Pool

The house is clean and well maintained. Not all rooms have private bathrooms, but there are additional common bathrooms, so they were more than enough for a group of 8 people. The private parking is very convenient, so, even though some 20 minutes driving is needed to visit the beaches we chose, this was not a problem for us. The host and the cleaning staff were responsive, friendly and helpful. The house has lots of open space in the gardens and around the pool.

Perfect stay, beautiful house with a nice swimming pool and unbelievable view of the sea! We will come back!

Great location, very nice and modern house, swimming pool, surroundings with olive trees, Seaview. The house is in a very quiet place, independent, and not exposed to other touristic places, so it is also pretty much COVID-19 safe.

I have to say that overall Olivia Estate is nice and the hosts are great people, but there were some things that really bothered us and we were quite vocal about them. Basically, it's not worth the price they are asking and thus our rather negative review. If it was around 40% down the price, then it would have made sense, I guess, but not for what we paid. The good thing is that it was very quiet and you have parking spaces available to park your cars in the yard/estate. The yard is huge so children can play outside and it's mostly surrounded. Also, we asked for baby cots and they were there, that was great. There was a very nice cleaning lady who came once during our stay. There was a man taking care of the yard who was very nice too. Overall it's not bad, but as I said, overrated and overpriced.

(1) We were 3 families with three little children one 2yrs old, one 3yrs old, and one 5yrs old. There was only 1 clothes hanger to dry your clothes. Plus, nowhere to let your beach towels dry etc. (2) The house locks/unlocks with a card key like in hotels which also runs the electricity in the house. They gave us only 1 card key. On the second day they gave us a second card key and specifically asked us NOT to leave the air conditioning on when we are away from the house. (3) Again, 3 families - just one remote control to open the door of the yard/estate. (4) The backyard - basically yard toward the sea, does NOT have a fence towards a dusty, off-road alley that is on a lower level maybe 2 meters down from the yard. And there were rolls of barded wires kept there unaccounted for... The yard without fence is basically on the high side, like on a hill. So barded wire and no fence from 2m height, eghh not nice! (5) The down floor is basement like and you go down winding/twisted stairs down without railing! Again a high risk especially with children. The little lamps on the wall were not working properly too. (6) The bathroom shower was falling off from the tiles everytime you turn the water on. Literally falling apart. (7) The mosquito net on the main door was a little torn and we had some mosquitos coming in. (8) Most of the chairs outside were basically broken, they were with nets, and during our stay they repaired 1 or 2 chairs. (9) The pictures with the infinity pool are from the house next door and not the one we stayed in although they are in the same yard/estate. (10) The beach near the house is firstly not that near, plus it is not a beach to use per se, but just you can have a little sea view from the second floor balcony. (11) When you arrive you pay a deposit of EUR 500 in cash to be returned to you upon leaving in case everything is in order.
