Overall it was great. A few items around the property could be fixed, but the location is great and the house was everything we needed. We did have a water issue, it maintenance was sent out to fix the problem. The pool needed cleaned when we got there, that too was taken care of with proper service.

We had a great get away. If you love the horses this house would be great for you. They stayed on the yard for 4 days. When we got there pool and hottub was gross but they responded quickly ( and fixed them. (Most chairs around pool are broken so bring your own) The house could've been cleaner f(found trash under chairs, beds, and in corners) we had an water heater problem the whole time and called it in twice with no one showing up. We had to flip the breaker to turn many times a day. Which was aggravating when you're on the 3 floor and walk down the stairs to bottom floor just to have hot water. If you relie on the towles provided you may what to bring your own (just your motel 6 towles) kitchen was well stocked, had everything i needed to cook all week. Make sure you bring you toilet paper and paper towels before you get there. Overall we had a great week.

We would definitely stay in this property again. It was a great fit for our group. The only complaint would be the linens - we didn't seem to get the normal amount of towels and the quality was below average.

The location was great, very close to the beach. Bonus we seen horses everyday in our yard. BUT the house has a very ran down feel. Things were just not maintained, things like toilets running 24/7 which then made the well run constantly. The water was so chlorinated it bleached a couple of my shirts. Decks were in rough shape, light bulbs out everywhere, had to switch some around so we had light in a bathroom. While floors, bathrooms and bedrooms were clean, the house could really use a deep clean. Pool was very nice and a good size. Out door shower area should just be torn down.
