I was assigned a room by Samora Machel Avenue and it was very noisy from the traffic. I struggled to sleep
The fee was overstated online when I booked and it didn’t match what I got. I paid way above the normal rate.
I opted for a basic Zim meal but my dinner was just boiled, no spice, not even salt to taste.
I forgot that I had been told that my stay included breakfast. So when the lady at the front desk told me that I needed to pay $30 for breakfast, I made a u-turn. She didn’t even ask me if I had stayed the night. I only remembered about it on my way to the airport, hungry.
