Chalet Piz Buin

L'emplacement est idéal. Proche des commerces, parking, télécabine et dans une rue en impasse très calme. L'appartement est joliment décoré et dispose de beaucoup d'espaces de rangement. La salle de bain est top. La terrasse est grande et à l'abri des passants. Le fait que l'appartement est lié à l'hôtel Piz Buin permet d'avoir accès aux SPA, piscine et petits déjeuner et également d'obtenir une carte de parking pour un montant forfaitaire permettant de parquer sa voiture dans pratiquement tous les parkings des environs.

La cuisine dispose uniquement du strict nécessaire. C'est OK. Mais par exemple, pour les amateurs de fondue... il n'y a pas de caquelon.

Piz Buin Chalet Building overlooks gas station, is separate from main hotel which kills the experience. Means you need to walk back to the main building every time to check in/out, use spa facilities, restaurant etc. When I asked for an extra coffee capsule (1 free capsule per day), they asked me for 50 cents. Ridiculous for a 4 star hotel given the night price and not very customer oriented. Spa is ridiculously poorly organized. You need to carry your key card + locker key at all times to access each separate sections of the spa (pool, sauna, changing room, gym...) First You remove your shoes at the entrance. Then you need you key card to access the changing room (Floor of the changing room was wet). If you forget your key card in the changing room, long moment of solitude with zero personnel around unless you walk back to reception wearing a towel. Would be easy enough to add a sign to help/guide customers. Then you navigate between sections with your key card Spa should be a peaceful experience and environment where you relax. Not a star-shaped area with gated sections.
