About this house rental
Old stone house with more than 100 years old, semi-detached wooden roof and a large outdoor space, surrounded by fruit trees, palm trees and swimming pool.
Inside we can find a large kitchen with different utensils such as: microwave, toaster, water heater as well as a four-burner electric stove.
On the other hand, two rooms with a double bed and two beds respectively plus cable TV each.
The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Both the shower and the rest of the house is provided with hot water.
Outside we will find a pool with solarium with four hammocks. In addition to an area for relaxation with armchairs and terrace table. Finally, a cozy corner for the enjoyment of a good meal together with a barbecue.
The house has an independent entrance and private garage. It is located 5 km from Puerto de Mogán and 56 km from Gran Canaria Airport.

We had everything in the house that we could wish .
It was very lovely and quiet , a nice swimming pool with shower . The bathroom was a little bit small , but was okay .
We had a lovely time there , and we should do it again and recommand it to our friends .

The finca is unpretentious, but this is reflected in the affordable price. I found the cooking hob very difficult to operate. Irina did her best to assist me in this respect, but I still had difficulty getting the hotplates to work.
The location is peaceful despite being within sight of the road to Mogan village. Owing to the high mountains on each side of this narrow valley, the grounds do not get an awful lot of sun in the winter months.

The property is very well equipped and extremely clean. The surroundings are amazing . It is well situated and within easy reach of the coast and the valleys and mountains. Irina was very prompt to reply and very helpful.
Getting to the property is not always easy in the dark as it is on a bend.
We had a wonderful time on our first visit to the island .
