L’albergo è praticamente in centro, la nostra stanza era pulita con un comodo balconcino.
Occorre cambiare il numero di telefono della struttura salvato su Booking perché al momento dell’arrivo avevo bisogno di info per parcheggiare ed entrare nella ztl, ma non mi ha risposto nessuno. Solo dopo, una volta pagato un altro parcheggio, quando siamo arrivate ci han comunicato che il numero di telefono era un altro. Per via di un errore dello staff la nostra enorme camera tripla con cucina nel residence ci è stata sostituita con una normale stanza tripla molto piccola nell’albergo a fianco. Ok, disguido risolto ma non un vero upgrade. Nessuno sconto ci è stato applicato neanche per la colazione. Si poteva fare di meglio.
