Fab hotel. Modern, clean, well equipped and excellent breakfast. Very convenient to shops and restaurants, but not noisy at all. Having the pool and beach/sea next door was fab. Bikes available for guests with lots of cycle paths. Very enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend it. The area is bustling with lots of good restaurants close by. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Great access to Venice and local islands.
Be warned the bathroom has a clear glass window pane but the blind works well when showering! This may not suit all travellers.

the hotel is located near the sea, but that’s all. there are better locations in Lido
there was a strange smell in the room, despite the room looked as new one, the smell was from something very old… the elevator is very old and small!!!
the reception is not nice at all.
the breakfast is not tasty..
