    整体来说，我们对这次入住的体验是非常满意的。饭店的各方面都让我们觉得不错，入住时前台还主动告知我们会免费升级房间，这一点让我们感到非常开心，也非常感谢饭店的安排。 唯一让我们感到比较失望的是其中一晚发生的一件小插曲。 当晚因为我们一岁半的宝宝身体不舒服，太太需要先一个人带宝宝回饭店休息。回到饭店大厅时，宝宝一直哭闹，不愿意坐进推车。太太当时一边需要抱着宝宝，一边还背着宝宝的背包，因此实在没有办法同时推着推车。 当时饭店大厅并没有其他顾客，所以太太便礼貌地询问前台，是否可以帮忙推一下宝宝的推车，并陪她一起上楼到房间。我们理解饭店可能没有提供这类服务，也完全没有要求工作人员必须这么做，只是当时情况比较特殊，所以希望能够得到一点协助。 然而，当时那位长发的前台工作人员（男士）只是比较冷漠地回应：「我们没有提供这种服务。」这样的回应方式让我们感到有些失望，尤其当时面对的是一位正在哭闹、身体不舒服的一岁半宝宝。 最后，太太只能先把推车留在大厅，独自抱着宝宝上楼，先安抚宝宝直到熟睡后，再赶快下楼把推车拿回房间。 我们理解酒店有自己的服务规定，也尊重工作人员无法提供额外服务的决定。不过，如果当时能够多一点理解和体谅，或者以更温和、友善的方式回应，相信会让这次入住的整体体验更加完美。 除此之外，我们对饭店整体的环境、服务以及房间安排都很满意，也特别感谢入住时为我们免费升级房间。希望饭店可以把这次反馈作为参考，让未来遇到类似情况的家庭旅客能够感受到更多的理解与人情味。

    Hotel has declared its hotel as Non Smoking hotel. Unfortunately someone was still smoking in the room and the smoke and smell travelled through the aircon into our room. Hotel immediately offered to change the room, which we accepted. Hotel should come up with more strict penalties to make sure that guests do understand that this is a non Smoking hotel. Overall the stay there was good apart from that incident.

    Same group as MeWorld Hotels. They share the same soap brands in the bathroom. I had the same room type at MeWorld for 33% cheaper. The only difference was the finishing, such as bathroom tiles and flooring. Extra pillow in the room.
