Luis was a fantastic host. He told us about the hikes and places to visit and took the time to show us where everything was on map. The tour of his gardens was so interesting. Luis picked lots of different lettuce and herbs for us to enjoy a few salads. They were delicious. He also gave us bananas and eggs with more herbs to make our omelets. We had the entire ground floor of his house . It was very spacious and exceptionally clean. Everything we needed was available for our use. We also met his two year old son who was a delight to meet. We highly recommend this accommodation. Luis greeted us when we arrived and also made it a point to see us on the morning we left.

Luis is the most incredible host we had in the azores, incredibly welcoming and helpful. Considering the availability of groceries on the island his vast vegetable garden was absolutely amazing. Located in a quiet village near all the attractions, the house is absolutely lovely. Could not recommend more. Absolutely spotless too.

Wifi had some troubles that Luis solved on our last day, shower stream isn't the strongest we've seen, the house is not new (like most other houses on the island) but very well renovated so it's understandable.

Very friendly host with an interesting biological garden. The house is clean but it has an old fashioned interior.

The floorplan is strange. There is no real living room. There is no good area to sit. The house is not cosy. It is just fine to sleep for a short while.
