excellent spacious studio flat with garden and pool very close. Good hearted hostess with smile. excellent condition of the flat with big screen TV spacious kitchen with all the crockery. Super market, bakery, restaurants and bars are close

seaside was a bit far.

It's been the second time I am visiting Marilia's Poolside and I am very pleased. The room was very clean and the hospitality was all over the place. I am going to come back for sure sometime, and I am advising everyone to do the same. Keep up with the good work.

1. Location. It's just nice. 2. Garden with a table, chairs and very friendly cat 3. Huuuuuge appartment. If furnitured properly, done something with overlighting, it'll be just "must stay" in Chania 4. Very good kitchen. But there's some inconvenience with ventilation. 5. Clean bathroom. But if there was a mount point for a shower, it would be even greater(as it's not that convenient to keep shower in one hand and wash by other) 6. Pool. We didn't use it(as there's veeery good place to swim not far from Chania old town. There's no beach, but it's like huuuge pool with very warm & shallow water, even in September), but I think it's nice. The pool is quite big, so you can even swim there for a while. 7. The place is really quiet. It's a huge plus.

1. For some reason, coordinates stated at the booking didn't work. So I had to look for the property: call the host, etc. It took me ~30 minutes or more just to pick the keys 2. There is TOO MUCH LIGHT at night. You basically want to sleep, but: - there's light which comes into the room from the outside lamps. And they're DAYLIGHT lamps. You can't switch them off. And there's no blackout curtains. Even curtains would work to some extent. Basically there has to be a possibility to turn the lights off! - lots of light inside apartment. Emergency light is just next to your bed. Electric box is just above your bed and lights with red. So light level is way higher than acceptable at night. I hope host will improve this situation. 3. There are wires in several places(bathroom and above the bed) looking at you... They're insulated, but still... 4. Too many different objects in the apartment. And all they are colored in mosaic way. So if you put your bags/objects somewhere, there's a chance you may lose it. I hope the host will improve this by using single-colored covers, etc. (I do not do pointless critic, I also point to ways how to improve the drawbacks
