The house is part of a complex of 4 sister accommodations (Phaedra, Dioni, Iris and Aelia). 3-level Phaedra has 2 bedrooms and a room with a sofa bed, to accommodate up to 5 people. The decor and bright interiors are the house’s defining features.
Phaedra offers a covered table and chairs at the front of the house, a large terrace with another dining area on the first floor, and a roof terrace with a sun deck: perfect for a relaxing vacation.
The excellent location is convenient for visiting the entire island.

First floor: double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with bathtub (washing machine). Both bedrooms have access to a very large terrace with a table and chairs.
Second floor: room with a single sofa bed and access to the roof terrace (sun deck).
All of the rooms have air conditioning.
The following might be to be paid extra: Refundable Security Deposit in cash, Tourist tax.

Amazing stay at Villa Phaedra – Highly recommended!
Everything was absolutely wonderful! Villa Phaedra is beautiful, spacious, and offers plenty of room and privacy for everyone. The view is stunning, and the private pool was definitely the highlight of our stay, the kids especially loved it.
Our host, Frosso, was incredibly kind and helpful heartwarming. She even provided us with pool toys and a beach umbrella, which was a lovely touch. Communication through WhatsApp was smooth and friendly from beginning to end.
We were pleasantly surprised when Frosso brought us fresh tomatoes from her own garden – such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel truly welcome.
One of the things we appreciated the most was the possibility to stay longer on our departure day, as our flight was later in the evening. It made everything so much easier and more relaxed.
We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Villa Phaedra gets our highest recommendation!

We had a great time at Phaedra villa. It was perfect for our family holiday. The villa was beautiful the pool was amazing. For us we needed a car for the area to get to where we wanted. Frosso was fantastic with any needs we had and was very kind and helpful. Closest beach 10mins. Marathi beach which is lovely 20mins away by car. Lovely little village of Kounoupidiana. Some local food places which we liked and supermarkets. Depends on how keen you are to try local.Activities- Marathi beach ( get down there early for sunbeds )and Chania at night ( though can be tough with parking). Restaurants -Mitsos bbq was great and other suggested restaurants in the booklet. We travelled to Elafonisi beach (1hr20 away) awesome drive if you adventurous. Get there early and if hope for no wind. If not spend a small amount of time.
