Perfect location to reach Ljubljana city center in 10 mins. Can reach highway in few mins as well to visit the mountains and lakes. Restaurant below has very good food options. Nice playground for kids.free parking spaces
Studio room shower area needs lots of improvement as water was leaking and over flowing inside the bathroom. Presence of microwave will be a good option for long stay.

Apartment looked newly renovated and was clean and comfortable.
Staff were super friendly and helpful.
Restaurant downstairs served great food.
Excellent breakfast available for 7 euro.
Nice views from the room balcony.
Room had aircon which was great in the current heatwave.
Small quibble but we struggled to work the TV and aircon, and even the balcony door! It might be useful to provide a short guide to each of those - one page would be enough, maybe in English and German as well as Slovenian.

Simply and compact apartment for a family with basic facilities. Quiet countryside location only 13 minutes from Ljubljana.
Pizza restaurant underneath if you don’t want to cook for yourselves.
No curtains, shutters or blinds on the windows. Shower had no curtain so it flooded the bathroom floor.

It was a close distance to the city. We were there for a motorcycle trip and wanted access to other areas central to Slovenia.
The place was clean, had great AC, and was comfortable enough.
Staff was overall very friendly and helpful. They seemed to be very hardworking for long hours.
This would be a good place for 1 or 2 nights. We were there for 5 nights and would have liked more amenities such as daily housekeeping, fresh towels and toiletries like soap, shampoo, small convenience like tea or coffee maker in the room. To be fair, we asked for housekeeping one of the days, and it was done for us.
The shower spills water all over the bathroom floor... would have been nice to have this cleaned daily but we used whatever towels we had to soak up the water on the floor.
