Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο κοντά στο λιμάνι και σε καφέ και min market, παρόλα αυτά έχει ησυχία και μπορείς να κοιμηθείς με ανοιχτό παράθυρο χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα. Ήταν πεντακάθαρο, ευρύχωρο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, με αναπαυτικό στρώμα και καλή ηχομόνωση. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν φιλικός και απόλυτα βοηθητικός σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε.
Μας άρεσαν όλα, η μόνη παρατήρηση που μπορώ να κάνω, η οποία όμως είναι αναλόγως γούστου, είναι ότι το ζεστό νερό στο μπάνιο παραήταν καυτό ακόμα και όταν το έβαζες στο κρύο.

Ήταν πολύ καθαρό, περιποιημένο, ευρύχωρο και με αρκετές παροχές.

Η καθαριότητα κ περιποίηση του δωματίου κατά την απουσία μας ήταν υποδειγματική. Ο οικοδεσπότης άψογος και εξυπηρετικός. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε απόσταση αναπνοής από την παραλία της Αλοπρόνοιας κ το μίνι μάρκετ.
Η θέα από το συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο ήταν μηδαμινή, γιατί «βλέπει» σε στενό (πολύ στενό όμως), και ως εκ τούτου το μπαλκόνι ήταν πολύ στενό κ αυτό κ μετά βίας μπορούσες να απλώσεις ρούχα ή να καθίσεις. Αναφέρομαι πάντα στο συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο γιατί τα άλλα ήταν εξαίρετα.
