Very pleasant and helpful staff
The breakfast buffet was not good. Food choices were not appealing. Coming ti buffet at 9am..the food was picked-over...and not replenished for 9am dining.
I dont think the buffet concept is a good idea.

Beautiful location on the Nile, in lovely grounds

the room was ok, but the TV & Kettel (US plug) need a converter to connect to the electricity source.
very expensive because the breakfast was very bad and poor.
the accountant Mr. Mohamed Kamel (accountant) was very rude and refused to give me the invoice for my room because he issued a combined invoice for 2 separate bookings, but Mr. Mahmoud Ahmed from reception helped me and solve the problem.
