El Agamy Hotel Apartment

I had a wonderful stay at El Agami Hotel in Luxor. From the moment I arrived, I was treated very warmly, and they even helped me with directions and orientation around the area. The place itself is very pleasant and peaceful, with a beautiful garden that creates a relaxing atmosphere. They are very flexible with breakfast and will prepare it at whatever time you prefer, which is a great touch. The staff is always open to conversation and very helpful with recommendations for places to visit, not only in Luxor but also in Dendera, Aswan, and surrounding areas. They can also help arrange activities or even assist with purchases you may need from the city center. The rooms were very clean, and the shower had great water pressure, which I really appreciated. There is also a lovely rooftop terrace where you can enjoy stunning views of the city and even see the Valley of the Kings. The location is very convenient and close to everything. If I had to suggest improvements, it would be to upgrade the internet connection and coverage—something like Starlink would make a big difference, especially for those who need to work remotely. I also think adding more drinking water stations would be a nice improvement. Overall, everything was excellent. Thank you very much for such a great experience!

Additionally, having some power outlets available in the garden area would be a great addition, as it would allow guests to comfortably work or relax there. That said, I was able to use the rooftop terrace instead, which is also a beautiful and pleasant space.

Wow. This hotel is a hidden treasure. I arrived to a spacious, lush garden with classical music playing, which was the best possible arrival given how busy Luxor is. The garden is so beautiful and perfect for relaxation and meditation. There is also an amazing roof top. The owner and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They treated me like family and invited me for Ramadan dinner every evening. Everything about the stay was exceptional, it’s a 5-Star even my laundry hasn’t been this clean in a long time. The hotel is new and the facilities are modern. Best water pressure in the shower I found in Egypt. Wi-Fi worked great. Location is great as close to everything but away from the busiest part of town. Highly recommend for a comfortable, rejuvenating stay!

It’s a beautiful and well-maintained property with a lovely garden. We were welcomed by the owner himself, who made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. This made us feel truly at home. It’s a wonderful place to sit back, relax, and enjoy some down time. I would definitely recommend it to fellow travelers looking for a place to stay on the East Bank in Luxor.

It is away from the busy part of the city, which can be a good thing. Depending on your preference, this can be either positive or negative.
