Location is excellent.
The property was well overpriced. It wasn’t ready when we arrived but the owner made great effort to prepare the house as soon as possible. I didn’t feel the accommodation was made with tenants in mind. It was more an ‘owner’ house. The sheets were tatty, the shower didn’t drain, no shower curtain in the other bathroom, bric in Brac in the kitchen etc. No fan or a/c even if one believes weather was cool. Worst was finding mouse droppings.
