הוילה מרווחת מאוד המון חדרים בריכה נהדרת ומטבח מאובזר ומעולה. בעל הנכס עזר המון בכל הבעיות. טיפל בשקעים ובמזגנים, החליף משאבה שלא היה זרם מים בבית.
המרחק לא כל כך בהליכה צריך מונית לחוף או לסופרמרקט. יש רק 2 חדרי רחצה. המזגנים לא תמיד עובדים כל כך טוב. יש רעש של שיפוץ בוילה ליד אבל כנראה זה זמני.
