We missed a softer bed

Rooms were ok, breakfast fine.
We picked this hotel over others because it was advertised as having air-conditioned rooms. We were therefore deeply disappointed to arrive and find the AC is broken (and has been for a while). Fans did not help, as the rooms were scorching hot. Also, having to leave the windows open, we realized people the hotel area for makeshift car racing throughout the night.
Also: as a family of 5 we booked two rooms and asked that they be close. We got two rooms in the same floor, but nowhere close to one another.
Finally, the WiFi did not work more than it did.
