The location is very convenient, around 20 minutes’ walk from the Vatican, with easy access to buses and a taxi stand nearby. There is also a children’s playground just across the street, which was a real plus for my daughter and me. The instructions to find the property and access the room were very clear and easy to follow. The room was very clean, comfortable and looked recently refreshed. The bathtub in the room was also a nice bonus after long days of walking around Rome. Overall, a very good address that I will definitely keep in mind. I would happily stay here again the next time I visit Rome.
A few things to note: the breakfast is quite basic, with coffee, pastries and juice. The soundproofing could also be improved, as you can sometimes hear people talking in the neighbouring rooms, although this did not really disturb us during our stay.

The apartment was a nice size and the two bathrooms were helpful.
The area where it’s located is majority residential, not very convenient if you don’t have a rental car.
