The quality of the hot spring water was very good

The hotel was worn out with little refurnish, walls had scratches, the water pipe whistled when turning on the water. Night Shift staff seemed upset when we went to the front desk, did not apologize nor smile and was upset when asking for the towel that we were supposed to have in the room. Breakfast is set on the table at early hours, if you take breakfast close to the end time, everything is cold and dry.
