Big room, very clean, central location

Nothing but the Minibar did not cool food inside.

location was great, close to many attractions. Host was quite accommodating

I love everything about this place. The tall, handsome italian staff who assisted us is so nice. Though he cant speak in straight english, he is so helpful in so many ways. The place is so therapeutic. it feels like a garden in the middle of a metropolitan. train/bus/tram stations are only 5-8mins walk. location is perfect. The room is huge esp the toilet. They have a kitchen open for everyone to use such as microwave oven, kettle, free coffee and tea, utensils, dining area. we were offered free use of the common toilet and bath after our check out. love this place.

The beds were extremely comfortable, which made a big difference after long days of walking. The location is also very good — only about a 25-minute walk to the Colosseum. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. They gave us all the information we needed and were always quick to respond to any questions. They even allowed us a later check-out until 12, which we really appreciated.

The only downside was that our apartment was one level below ground, basically like a basement. There wasn’t a proper window for fresh air, so the air felt quite stuffy at times. There was air conditioning, but without a real window it still felt a bit heavy, and we even noticed some humidity on our clothes. Also, this detail about the apartment being below ground wasn’t mentioned in the listing, which would have been good to know in advance. That said, I think if you book a room above ground, it would be a really great stay overall.
