The guest house is gorgeous, nice and clean, great location - the hosts Deborah and Graham were super accommodating, friendly and full of laughs, we had a fabulous time!

Location was great and the rooms clean.
Booking.com did not notify the host about the booking and had to be asked a number of questions outside the gate and to produce booking confirmation.

Quite hospitable with checkin time as I needed to drop stuff off at 12:00. Owner/husband was friendly. Room was clean.
The owner/wife needs a bit more tact when dealing with guests.
The numerous instruction signs plastered around the walls of the room were a bit much (counted 4 with only 2 being helpful). 1 ply toilet paper was also not ideal.
