great location. it's just right beside the train station. Onsen was great as well, we enjoyed the onsen experience. Staff were helpful and friendly. Also like the tatami flooring in the hotel.
Tried their dinner buffet. It's decent but thought the taste and variety can be improved.

Beautiful modern japanese design, great onsen, enjoyable area with gegege no kitaro
On big holiday weekend we got a too expensive price that wasn't worth it. 2elevators can get crowded for 12floors, and paying for parking for such place was abusing (go station parking it is free...)
