This is a cozy (700sq ft), remodeled, single level 1 bedroom duplex and 1 bath. We are just steps to the sand and 4 blocks to Main Street and the pier. The property is a quiet bungalow surrounded by cozy cottages and magnificent mansions. Fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator. Beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated! This is a 1 bedroom with a king size bed and a trundle bed and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. Includes 1 garage space with washer and dryer.

All that was promised, very comfy, clean, well supplied kitchen, towels etc.3 minor notes: paper thin walls so hear all from attached unit, heater very noisy so keeps you up if sleeping in living room, back courtyard not very inviting- needs some minor sprucing up to invite use. Stellar location, 30 second walk to the sand & surf, easy freeway access, comfortable, easy & effortless booking & communication with owner. Beach towels & toys provided which we used & enjoyed. We had garage parking & did laundry as well. I was grateful laundry detergent was provided. Great water pressure in the shower which I always appreciate! I would stay here again!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage (especially the Kingsize bed) is comfortable, and conveniently located to restaurants shops and the ocean. We have always loved Seal Beach. It’s a slower paced beach community to relax but close to many fun entertainment spots if you want to kick it up a little. We recommend Spaghettini, O’Maleys, Gourmet Cafe, Fish Company, Fortune Cookie, Cold Stone Ice Cream, Thai on Main. The Carpenter Center has stage productions but tickets must be purchased in advance. Nearby Belmont Shores has lots of cool shops to stroll through & The BBC (Belmont Brewing Company) has a shore front patio for dining and delicious craft beers. Order your favorite to go in a souvenir growler So much to do and so little time We highly recommend this Cozy Cottage

What a perfect property for a peaceful getaway. My boyfriend and I were looking for something close to the water and this was IT. Steps to the beach, comfortable, clean, and serine. We loved our stay, and will for sure be visiting again. Host was great, and responsive as well. No complaints!

We were in SoCal for a work-related event but wanted some beach time so our grandkids could come and visit while we were there. The little cottage was perfect! We walked to the beach, restaurants, and Old Town. Two of our grandkids visited several times and spent one night with us. The king bed in the bedroom was very comfortable, with a daybed/trundle and sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is a good size and has everything we needed. Erica was accommodating, ensuring we had outdoor parking for our big work truck.

My girlfriend and I stayed 3 nights over a holiday weekend. The check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The garage size is perfect for a shorter vehicle, but may be difficult even for some regular sized sedans. The property is long and narrow, but not cramped. It was great for the two of us. The king size bed is very comfortable, the kitchen has ample space to work with. The beach is close enough where you can hear the waves crashing when you are outside (unfortunately we didn't get a chance to really enjoy the beach, due to the weather, but the property is very well situated for beach access). It is also a reasonably short walk to Main St, which has plenty of shops and restaurants to enjoy. Overall, we found the property to be as-advertised and a good value for what we were looking for. I think it's perfect for couples looking for a relaxing place to enjoy a quieter beach city that still has a bit to do.

Had everything we wanted for a couple days to just breathe from a year or chaos. My son and I were in town for a family event and this little bungalow was absolutely perfect for us. My brother and his wife stayed in the other side of the duplex and we could not have been more pleased with the accommodation. Everything was very clean and the off-street parking was a bonus! We walked to coffee every morning and then down the pier. We enjoyed all the little shops and it was only a 5 minute drive to join the rest of our family. I will definitely stay here again!

It was exactly like the pictures and as described. There was everything possible in the drawers and cupboards and garage. My grandsons loved the boogie boards, and the beach chairs and towels were used daily! I had a question about the parking permit for a guest, and Erica answered immediately. Couldn’t have asked for a better 6 days. Others in my family rented the adjoining cottage and we sure had fun running back and forth and enjoying the patio together. We will definitely return.

We wanted to escape the July Arizona heat and found this gem online. Our first time to Seal Beach. We were pleasantly surprised! The bungalow was supplied with everything we needed, just steps (literally) to the beach. And the shops, restaurants, ice cream shops, the pier, park, etc. etc. are all within walking distance! And the owner was very quick and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

We love Seal Beach and this little cottage was perfect for our short stay. The heater in the bedroom was super helpful as it was in the 40's at night. We used the beach chairs, beach towels and the washer;/dryer. Everything we needed was provided by the host! Just a couple of comments that pertain to things that are mostly out of the host's control. We would have liked it if the berm was not there blocking the beach, but we knew there was a chance that might happen. Also, the party sharing the other half blocked the garage so we had to speak to them about that. They said they could not park on the pad because of the concrete "drop off" which would damage the front end of their car. We agreed that the drop off needs fixing--we would not have tried to park our car there because the front end is very low.
