About this house rental
Four bedroom/two bathroom house with pool and playground. Centrally located in Hampton Bays/East Quogue close to everything the Hamptons has to offer. The home has had many recent upgrades, including new floors, bathrooms, windows/doors and kitchen. The main floor has an open concept floor plan, and opens right onto the back deck. Also on the main floor is a full bathroom, a King bedroom, and a bedroom with a twin daybed that pulls out to a King. Upstairs is another full bathroom, a second King bedroom, and a room with two twin beds and a futon. In the finished basement there's a large comfy sectional, a pool table, and a kids play area with toys and books. Perfect for two families to share or small group of friends/couples (no large shares/events please).
The kids will love the large pool, playground, large (1/2 acre) yard, and short walk to the bay. Parents will also love the pool and back deck/grill, proximity to area beaches/restaurants/vineyards, and serene neighborhood. Short drive to the towns of Hampton Bays, Quogue/East Quogue, Westhampton, and the amazing area beaches. Either chill out at the house on the deck and pool area all day or head out to explore the Hamptons and beaches or both!

Excellent appointed kitchen, well maintained and very clean property with lots of amenities perfect for a single family vacation. Well located in a nice neighborhood. We had a great time!

I had som friends visiting from upstate and picked this home. Everything was perfect- clean well appointed and roomy, The owner is a hands on guy who reached out twice to make sure everything was OK. It was more than OK it was spectacular.

This house was perfect! It was clean, well stocked, the hosts were super informative and responsive. The yard is so large and great for families. We had the best time here and didnt really leave the house as a result. Great for families or groups of friends. Beautiful property!
