About this house rental
You won't worry about getting sand on the floor! Feel the ocean air. Short walk to town. Beautiful light, spacious living & dining rooms. 10min drive to beach. 20min to wineries.
The house features a recently renovated kitchen, Central AC/Heat, Fiber Wifi, 42" Smart TV. Nine beds upstairs which can comfortably accommodate 10 people.
The house also has a decadent outdoor shower.
East Quogue is a destination for fresh food and the beaches are renown for their beauty and surfing. In terms of food, EQ has one of the only two fish markets on Long Island (Lighthouse Seafood - formerly Cor-J) that sells fish caught same day, the Densieski farm stand sells produce picked same day on their farm and Sonny's Prime Meats is known throughout the Hamptons for their unparalleled steaks and other meats. There's also the New Moon Cafe, Goldberg's bagel shop, Sakura House sushi, well provisioned wine store, massage parlor and a couple of low-key bars.
During the summer season, non resident beach passes can be purchased at town beaches for $40.
Healthy, low-toxic environment. The linens are cleaned with Seventh Generation brand laundry detergent without perfume and the household cleaning products are non-toxic products as much as possible. Organic fertilizers and weed control are used on the lawn.
We only accept guests with reviews. No dogs.

This house was perfect for our multi-generational family gathering. Beautifully updated while keeping the historic style, there was plenty of space for everyone both inside and outside. Our kids/teens loved the outdoor space for croquet or wiffle ball in the evenings, the rest of us had plenty of room to chat or relax on the porch with coffee. Especially appreciated the beach chairs and towels! And the outdoor shower was delightful after a day on the beach. Extra touches like abundant soft pillows on the beds and excellent water pressure made it feel truly luxurious! We hope to come stay again!

Nice roomy house with lots of space for a family. Host was great. Neighbor was somewhat unfriendly. Clearly unhappy about having renters next door.

Beauty house, good located but need a deep renovation. The pictures doesn’t show the reality.
The cleaning was an issue. Not deep. Only in the surface. And we paid a huge amount for it.
