It is in a good location within the city , but as I arrived in the night, outside looked a little scary due to some piles of clothing/ refuse that a man had piled on one side of the street. I was quite alarmed, however with in the day it still felt somewhat unsafe but I went about my time unbothered.
The staff very helpful and accommodating, the laundry service was helpful.
However, I was concerned to see a missing pane of glass from the bathroom window and it took a day to fix , after the first repair was not properly done. I was provided with a heater on request which was very kind of the staff.
It was central to all tourist activities, has good access to public transport and shops, the traditional merchant markets.

The staff is very dedicated and the hotel is in a good location, but the room is not soundproof and there is no window. Actually there is a window facing the corridor (?) and the curtains were not blackout so there was the light all night through the window.

The hotel is really cozy and unique for its location. The staff are also helpful and friendly.

The staff here doens't speak any English but they ranked 5 stars for being exceptional. Just overall the feelings felt weird and damp and not enough space to move around. the bed felt hard and my lights kept shutting off.
