The friendly staff. Location.
The Safe was broken,air con was so noisy i couldn't sleep properly, the shower tap was broken, dirt between the mattress and bed, lots of mosquitoes in the room, bed linen were full of holes, towels were so old the edges were all frayed and covered in Brown spots. Better and cheaper hotels nearby.
