Excelent location, a few steps from beach .
the bathroom has no window for fresh air nor a fan. a 21 inch tv i would say more like a monitor with only 3 local channels. No parking

Very bed hotel
the shower was one of the cheapest and constantly broke, there is no mosquito net on the balcony door, the air conditioner can't work with the door open, it also doesn't work without a key, the walls are terrible and the hotel in general is terrible, you can see the economy on all levels

Avoid this place !
The worst you can find in Paralia Katerini for 55,5 Euro ! A small room (maximum 10 square meters), without table and chair, with an output directly in a small backyard used as a deposit ( this is the so called "garden"), the windows curtain is too short for the window and you have to close the light when you change your clothes. the floor is without carpet and dirty, so you have get in the bed when you change the clothes. The bed is a simple support for the mattress, without pillow case, the door to the bathroom hits the toilet and so on. All furniture pieces are the cheapest from the supermarket and old. No parking in very crowded area. Is better than sleeping in the car, but not at this price !
