Overall nice stay

Nice and small apartment but efficient and affordable for a family of 4. Very clean and in good location.

Pillows has been hard as a rock unfortunately. I would replace them or at least have a variety of different pillows for guests.

Minor thing – it's not very obvious how to find the place for the first time - no signs from the outside (there's one with Julia name though which is a bit confusing)

It is convenient for a stay in the center of Paralia.

It was quiet,with comfortable beds, near the shops and everything was nearby.

It was not as clean as we expected as we found hairs in the kitchen sink and on the sponge.

We are amazed!!

It was amazing. We are impressed!! The host was very kind. Loved the fact that is crazy close to the center and in the same time very quiet - Incredible combination! We had warm water all the time and everything was clean which is top priority of course. My family is still under impressions. Next time we know which apartment to book for sure! :) Just keep going like that Villa Georgio!!

Overall great, but not 10 star

Great location, good value for money, very CLEAN room and bathroom. The bed was nice and comfortable. They change sheets every 3 nights which is great. Overall i can recommend this place to anyone who just needs a clean room and bathroom to sleep while going to the beach in paralia.

Great Room for Cheap price but no attention to detail. Only 1 chair on the balcony(we are 2 people, how are we supposed to both go outside), There was only 1 clothepin for the laundry(totaly not enough for 2 people, we constantly found our clothes on the floor when we woke up). Some other inconvinience such as the airconditioner was placed right infront of the bed, so if u did not want to die from heat during the night u need to risk pneumonia :D. The bathroom shower was also "meh" - the jet was not strong enough, also the water was defenetly not cold enough for a cold shower for example. P.S. I wrote this things, not because I complain about them, but just to give authentic feedback what needs improvement and to explayn why i did not rate the place as 10, but 8, which for me is still a high number ;)

It's OK

The location is good - main street. When sleeping with closed windows you can not hear the noise. There are 2 curtains so it can become really dark in the room. There is elevator in the building and a shop around the corner. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was nice. There is a cleaning equipment - broom and mop.

Hard to find parking space. When we stayed there a lot of families with kids stayed also so it was very noisy. It was not very clean especially on the balcony which is nice but right next to the other two rooms' balconies so there is no privacy. The TV is small but it is passable. It is not an apartment rather a room with a corridor with kitchen furniture and basic supplies. Also in the bathroom it was quite dark, the only light was above the mirror but in the bathing area it was darkness. There are towels but not soаp or any other sanitary supplies. The air-condition is nice but very hard to sleep with it on without feeling its wind on the bed.

Great location, great hosts!

Great location, eventhough it was very close to the pedestrian zone, it was not noisy at all. Very comfortable beds, newly furbished flat, great internet, super hosts. We visited a beach that was 5 minutes from the apartment by car - suggested by Paris - and it was small, quiet with a tiny beach bar. The sea is not so clear and we found many jelly fish around.

The kitchen is poorly equipped, but they had a Nespresso caffe machine with complimentary capsules. No shower curtain. No parking space to the flat, need to park at Lidl (3 min walk).

Na nivou , blizu pešačke zone

Apartmančić ima mini kuhinjicu i lepo kupatilo. Ima lepu terasu , i lep krevet . Sve je prosto i jednoatavno i lepo. U zgradi ppstoji lift koji staje na međuspratu, tj. Podestu. Tako da svakako imate par stepenika do ulazka u lift. I ako ste na 4. Spratu, imate još par stepenika do vrha . Na ulazu nema niđe nikog . U vratima vas čeka ključ , i preko poruka na bookingu vas domaćin smeštaja sve obaveštava kako da dođete itd.

Parking nema, i morate da kružite okolo kako bi ga našli . Ali to je normalno ako ste ikada bili u Paraliji.

Totul mi- a plăcut!Pozitia centrală a vilei,apa calda non- stop, atenția acordată detaliilor gen uscător de rufe cu tot cu cleme de prins rufele, toate ustensilele necesare pt.pregatire mic dejun,lenjerie și prosoape impecabile, curățenie de nota 10 făcută de doamna Anastasia ,care este harnica,amabila și dornica sa ajute cu tot ce ai nevoie .Mulțumesc pentru un sejur minunat!

Отлична локация, в стаята имаше всичко необходимо- чисти кърпи, чаршафи, кухненски пособия, тераса с маса и столове, интернет, телевизор. Идеален размер на стаята за двама човека. Сравнително тихо, въпреки централното разположение. Много е близо до плажа. Има заведения за хранене в изобилие, пекарни, кафенета, магазини, супермаркети. Като цяло стаята е новообзаведена, чисто е навсъкъде, включително и кухненските съдове и мивката. Когато влязохме в стаята ухаеше на свежест и чистота. Мястото се намира лесно с навигация. На пешеходно разстояние е и магазин Лидл и новооткрит Лили дрогерие. Всички хора в магазините и сергиите бяха много мили и усмихнати, постоянно предлагаха "стоки на промоция" :ДД, има много красиви неща на достъпни цени. Като цяло градчето е много хубаво и приятно.

Изненадващо се получи много трудна комуникация със собственика. Когато запазих стаята, от мястото за настаняване веднага ми пратиха съобщение и така си разменихме няколко- дадоха ми телефонен номер за контакт и се уговорихме да им пиша, като пристигнем, за да ми дадат ключовете. Това ми направи добро впечатление. Когато пристигнахме, обаче, никой не ни посрещна- беше ни обяснено само как да си намерим стаята...бяха ни оставили ключа на вратата..Писах им с втори въпрос- къде можем да паркираме колата, има ли паркинг, можеше поне съвет да ни дадат, но не, сами си намерихме паркинга, който беше на две пресечки и трябваше да вземем само част от багажа с нас, защото беше безумно да носим всичко. Е, второто ми съобщение изобщо не беше прочетено и остана без отговор. На имейл пощата ми бяха пуснали съобщение чрез Букинг да напуснем стаята в 10ч?! Ами аз не си влизам в пощата всеки ден, когато съм на почивка, и съответно не бях разбрала, че трябва да сме си тръгнали толкова рано. Една жена, която може би беше камериерка, дойде да ни чука по вратата и да ни каже, че трябва да си ходим. Всъщност тогава беше единствения ни "жив" контакт с тях. Иначе съм съгласна и с някои от останалите коментари, които прочетох. Ниско налягане на водата в банята и самият душ беше закачен на много ниска поставка.

Отлично местоположение, реновиран апартамент, изключително чист и приятен. Беше напълно оборудвано с всички принадлежности - кафе капсули, сапун, душ гел, прибори. Хоста беше изключително приветлив и отзивчив. Отлична комуникация. Бих го посетил отново!

Банята е малко тясна, и няма завеса, която да ограничава разпръскването на вода навсякъде из цялата баня.
