Room were clean and spacious, the staffs are amazing and friendly, from front desk until restaurant, tbey helpfull. The food is tasty and i love it. Would definetely come to this hotel for sure.

We had two grand deluxe double rooms for ourselves and son and daughter in law. The rooms were large and the underground car park had lots of spaces. The breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
The room had a 'funny' smell. Maybe cleaning product. The bathroom door was a sliding door without a handle and did not close well. This was the same in both rooms. The furniture around the outside rooftop pool was dirty and broken and there wasn't enough so we could not sit outside. We asked for two door cards for each room but the second door card for each room did not work.
