Marcos was very friendly and help us with everything. The apartment was right in the center, clean and cozy.

Great location, plenty of space for two people and the little balcony was a huge plus. So many great places to eat in Malaga so the little kitchen works well . Bed was very comfy and ac / heat was a huge plus

It was a little dark unless you had the windows open but the multiple ceiling lights fixed that . Some paper towels would have been handy

Lovely location, close to everything. Beautiful view, especially in the evening. Javier was very helpful and kept us posed everyday if we needed anything.

It can be a bit noisy from outside even with the windows and shutters closed. Also sofa bed is not really comfortable.

The flat is super centrally located by the beautiful Malaga Cathedral. Very nicely furnished apartment. You feel comfortable there.

Unfortunately the wifi did not work when we arrived and was fixed on our last day. As I had to make some business calls, I asked for a quick solution to the problem. They promised to solve the problem next day, but when we arrived at the flat in the evening, it was still not working. There was no feedback from H2M on this, which I found really disappointing. Also, there was no apology during the whole time for the problem. The next morning, without any notice from H2M, the technician rang to fix the problem. We were still asleep at the time. Really bad service. There was a strange smell in the bathroom. The key is not handed over at the flat but has to be collected from the office. A deposit is required in advance, which can only be paid by credit card.
