Cozy apartment, brand new, decorated with modern and functional style. With capacity for up to four people, distributed in a double bed (150-200) and a double sofa bed (140 x 200). This apartment is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay in our city. The living room is spacious with 42 '' TV, international channel and wifi. It also has air conditioning in all rooms. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook and enjoy our local products, you have a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave oven, hob, oven, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, cutlery, iron, washing machine /dryer.
It has a full bathroom with shower, soap, towels, dryer.
This apartment is located in the heart of the historic center, a few meters from the street of Marqués de Larios, which is the most important and charismatic street, it is a large open commercial area, where you can shop, it is also the street where they are made the most relevant events in this city, such as Easter, Christmas lighting, Fair, etc. Although it is in the center it has hermetic enclosures that isolate the noise, according to regulations. This area has the best restaurants in the center, where you can taste excellent meats, fish and tapas. If we continue along this street we end at the Cathedral of the Incarnation which is of an impressive architecture. In this area are the most important monuments of our city and with more historical significance, you can see them taking a pleasant walk, given the weather that we enjoy throughout the year.

Everything about the apartment was wonderful. Firstly, location is perfect, no more than 10-15 mins walk from everything, with bars, restaurants and shops within a few feet of the front door. We were met at the apartment and given the keys and then left to enjoy our time in Malaga.The apartment was spotlessly clean, whoever does the cleaning does a top notch job.There was so much space, the kitchen had everything we needed, (we didn't do any cooking, but if we had done, we had anything that was needed). The bedrooms are one double and two singles at the back of the apartment, with wardrobes. Even had a utility room with washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board! For a stay in Malaga, in a perfect location, you won't be disappointed with this spacious, beautiful apartment.

We had an amazing 8 night stay in this amazing apartment. It was in a wonderful location - walking distance to everything. The apartment was spotless and very well appointed. We didn't want to leave!
