The friendliness and proactive style of the owner was amazing. He and his son went above and beyond what was expected to make us feel welcome, comfortable and to get us to the national park and to our bus stop on 3 occasions. The rooms were well appointed and the offers of food and drinks much appreciated.
The ambience was adversely affected by the close proximity of of the major road to and from the national park. This is obviously something that can’t be changed

We liked everything.
The location is great, a short drive away from Plitvice Lakes (closer to entrance 2, but close enough to entrance 1), with free parking, and 2 great bistros a short walk away (one was literally next door).
The breakfast was also great, with everything you need to start your day strong. The host also makes you an omelette/eggs by request on the spot. And speaking of the host, he was very nice and helpful in every moment of our stay, with awesome tips about the park, and for places to have dinner closeby.
The room was spatious, clean and very comfortable.
Overall, it's everything you want before/after a day in the park.
