Firstly the host was very very friendly and gave us brilliant info regarding places to visit and eat. The house itself is brilliantly equipped, with everything you need and more to feel comfortable. It is very central, and within easy walking distance of the historic centre. The terrace in the evenings was lovely to sit and enjoy a glass of wine or cold beer. There are a lot of stairs in the house, but honestly after all the good food and drink in Puglia, it helped doing a few stairs.

Parking was a bit of an issue, but that is true of any accommodation booked near the centre of Polignano, and indeed Italy in general.
