It was a wonderful place to relax and watch over the city. Sunsets were magnificent and we enjoyed chatting as the lights came up across the city. The pool was just the right size to do laps and float around watching clouds.Thanks to Andreas for being on hand and helping us out.
Had to be conscious of the many levels of the floors. Just a step up or down and not a problem if you notice them.

The house is absolutely beautiful, very spacious, and perfect for a family with three children. There was more than enough room for everyone to feel comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes and cutlery, and the large refrigerator with an ice maker was a real luxury — especially appreciated on hot summer days! From the house, the view of Athens was simply stunning.
The swimming pool was fantastic — deep, crystal clear, and with almost no chlorine smell. Pool towels were soft and comfortable, and the bed linen in all the rooms was perfectly clean. The only improvement I would suggest is replacing some of the towels, as a few had yellow stains (most likely from sunscreen), which are impossible to wash out.
host was incredibly welcoming. He greeted us personally, gave us a tour of the house, and explained how everything worked. He had prepared six bottles of drinking water for us, kindly allowed us to choose a bottle of wine from the wine cabinet, and even surprised the children with a fresh watermelon. There was also a first aid kit placed in an accessible spot, along with very detailed information about nearby attractions, restaurants, and other useful recommendations.
We also loved that the house was thoughtfully prepared for children, with table football and other fun games available.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we are very grateful for the wonderful 9 days we spent here. Highly recommended!
There were no dishwasher capsules, and the kitchen lacked basic items such as salt, sugar, pepper, and oil. The extractor hood was very dirty (it seems it has never been cleaned), the toilet on the second floor had not been cleaned, and there was a lot of hair and clipped nails on the floor. We did not use this room.

The facilities are old, bathrooms not functioning properly. It is much worse in reality than it appears on the pictures. The villa has a coffee machine but they tax extra for every coffee you drink.
