It was very well kept and the staff was very helpful.
I booked a bigger apartment but I was given a standard apartment. However, we were comfortable.

Clean and everything was provided: towels, hair dryer, iron, bedsheet. The location was good, no problems with late check in
The inside countertop was dirty and I wish there was more cutlery like forks and knives

I thought the location was very good. It was only a brief walk to a large tram stop, as well as a shopping centre. The room was spacious, and the amenities were very good to have. Solo travelling as a woman, I felt safe in my stay here. The bed was comfortable.
At least twice a day my eyes would be in a decent amount of pain and unable to open. I believe this was due to what I assume was either dust, or more likely the cleaning products used on the fabric in the apartment. This would happen when lying in bed or using towels so I assume it was related to cleaning products used on the fabrics. The blind was slightly broken, and one tile in the bathroom was actually replaced styrofoam.
